Seat published the first official images and information of the three door Leon hatchback, with only a few weeks left until de debut at the Geneva Auto Show.

So, the coupe has a series of changes designed by Seat officials in order to give it a sport look. We are talking about the front doors whose length has widened, a more inclined telescope and a wheelbase shorter with 35 mm compared to the Leon five door model.

And these are about all the information brought by Seat Leon SC, since the interior is identical to the classic Leon model, fact that applies for other engine versions.

Clients that prefer a gas propeller can choose between two versions of 1,2 L: one with 86 HP and the second with 105 HP. Along side these two options there is the classic TSI 1,4 L engine which produces 122HP and a torque of 200Nm. Seat also wants to lower the gas intake and equips its models with Start/Stop systems.

The head of the series regarding the engine capacity is represented by the diesel 2 L propeller of 184 HP and a torque of 380 Nm. If not you can chose the calm variant of the same engine with 150 HP. This change may come if Seat will approve the study of design done by Alvaro Molero Simarro, transport engineer in the Exterior Design department of the Seat Design Center, which depicts a two-seat convertible named Axon.

In theory, the car is powered by two electric motors that are directly incorporated into the wheels. The creator of this concept says this model will redefine the pleasure of driving, as it is specially designed to run on twisty mountain roads and circuits, targeting people aged between 20 and 45 years.
