It’s not news any more that Porsche wants to launch a new facelift in 2015 or 2014 the earliest. The Germans plan to surprise their fans with a new improved Cayenne unit which is now during the testing period . Below are some spy photos taken in Germany where the model was caught on the streets. Although under a lot of camouflage, the 2015 Porsche Cayenne was easily recognisable . The car was seen on the public roads of Germany in April and now during some testing sessions.
Though the second generation for Cayenne was barely presented to the public back in 2010 being pretty young, Porsche remains true to its desire to innovate and bring more models year after year so it thought up a facelift to keep things on a fresh perspective. Since other 911 relatives are either on the production line or already out such as the Macan ( currently under development) the Cayman and the Boxster, Porsche can now concentrate its attention on Cayenne 2015. The model is expected to hit the markets in late 2014 and the unit seen today was camouflaged around the parts that got modified. The car got a lot of work done for the exterior design by acquiring a slimmer look, redesigned tail lights, new front and rear bumper and new wheels. The unit will adopt a more youthful design to compete with the new launches from BMW and Mercedes and to get in line with its sisters Audi Q7 and Volkswagen Touareg.
