Audi RS7 concept inspired by Audi Quattro S1

After Audi presented the RS7 model at the Detroit Auto Show, photographer Frederic Louis paid tribute to the B group Audi Quattro S1 rally car through the creation of an Audi RS7 concept inspired by the legendary rally car of the 80′s.

Audi presented the sport sedan RS7 Sportback two days ago at the Detroit Auto Show 2013 and a photographer, named Frederic Louis, already created a concept based on the German model, which is a tribute to the 80′s rally car from B class, Audi Quattro S1.

Louis’s images appeared on the autofans.be site, where the car idea is described as: “Monte Carlo. Tour de Corse. 80′s.Mechanical compressors and turbochargers. Many spectators, dangerous situations and the most powerful rally cars in history. Unfortunately, group B no longer exists, but, fortunately, it has not been forgotten. Our photographer Frederic was immediately inspired when he saw the official images with the Audi RS7 and made this RS7 Group B Tribute.”

Frederic Louis changed in Photoshop some of the official Audi RS7 images. He added the colors and the stickers and the necessary lights to turn the 20th century sedan into a tribute to an 80′s rally legend.

The Audi Quattro S1 rally car has a set of technical data that would provide respect from many of the modern sports cars. Under the hood, it had a 2.1 liter engine which is helped by a huge turbocharger to develop no less than 470 HP.
