With a compact and extremely lightweight design, NILS is one of the latest concept cars that VW is going to introduce in the markets in very recent future. VW NILS Comes with Some Really Nice Surprises

First of all, the NILS only weighs 460kg – so that’s extremely lightweight for a car. Also, it is very compactly designed – which means it can move along the narrower lanes and it can be parked using very minimal space. But the list of ‘surprises’ doesn’t end here! Despite the extremely lightweight design, NILS is designed to get a top speed of 130km/h and that is not bad at all! Plus, think about the acceleration speed where it can hit the 100km/h mark within 11 seconds – so that’s also seems pretty nice. But the real deal is within the engine – the VW NILS concept showed us that it is carrying a small electric motor which is going to give it the power to run. And thinking about what’s going to power up the motor? Don’t worry, a highly powerful lithium-ion battery is there to handle that job. Using the battery power, NILS will be able to run upto 65 kilometers – so that’s pretty nice for city runs.

Environment-Friendly Future Car

The VW’s concept car NILS is also going to be an environment-friendly vehicle for the future. It will run like a go-kart and it is also fun driving it. The biggest advantage of this car, as far as we think is that, it is capable of producing zero emissions – so that’s a big thumbs up to the environment-friendly cars.
