As per the news from the official website of Volkswagen, the VW think-tank don’t feel that the Concept BlueSport is ready to hit the production soon – so we can only guess how much the enthusiasts have to wait for it to face up. What to Expect
According to the official VW website, the Concept BlueSport is going to be a sporty four-cylinder 2.0-litre TDI engine based vehicle that can produce significant level of torque (258lbs-ft). The use of TDI engine means that it will be a fuel efficient car even when it can give a healthy 1,750rpm. The design will be pretty sporty, as it will be a two-seat roadster – so that will fascinate most sporty VW fans. The material for the body will be mostly lightweight which will make sure the car’s light bodyweight. The weight distribution will be about 45:55 – as per the official website and car is being designed to get the perfect balance of economy and agility – which is only possible if the car is not heavy. The emission of CO2 will be about 113 g/km – so that’s quite a huge leap forward for the VW team toward the production of environment-friendly cars.
The expected performance of the VW Concept BlueSport is pretty good and it gives us a lot of good things to talk about.
