Along with the stylish outlooks of these both cars, the Cayenne S and S Hybrid models come with a few nice enhancements and features that will surely entice the Cayenne enthusiasts quite a bit.
The Porsche Cayenne S comes with a very nicely powered 400hp engine that can provide 6,500 rpm. To the delight of the Cayenne fans such a nice horsepower-based engine is quite a surprise and especially if you consider that the Cayenne S Hybrid is a bit low powered then the fans of Cayenne S is will feel pretty great with the kind of horsepower that engine of Cayenne S comes with. The S Hybrid’s engine is only 380hp so that is a bit downside of this model.
The performance of the Cayenne S is pretty good especially when you consider it is a budget car from Porsche. The 160 mph seems to be more than enough for regular drivers while the 150 mph top speed of the Cayenne S Hybrid looks quite a bit low powered if you think of the price. The Cayenne S can hit 60 mph within 5.6 seconds while the S Hybrid can hit the same within 6.1 seconds. But for the mileage matter, the S model can provide 22 mpg while the S Hybrid is designed to give more with 24 mpg – a definitely nice uplift.

The price for the Cayenne S is $65,850 while the S Hybrid is more highly priced at $69,850 and that definitely makes the former one a lot better choice than the latter one.
