Saying Lamborghini is like saying very exotic, highly powerful supercars. Since 1963, the car manufacturer has come up with several supercars that have changed the auto world forever. Car fanatics can now enjoy the majestic Murcielago sporting the massive V12 engine and producing 670 hp in the latest SuperVeloce version or the stunning Gallardo V10. Modern cars are great from many points of view but when it comes to being eco-friendly, most of them fail to be great.
Well, that’s why Lamborghini Automobili intends to unveil a hybrid in 2015. This hybrid that’s now on the drawing boards will not be a full electric car but will most probably be a car powered by petrol that will also feature an additional electric engine.
The electric motor will be perfect for city drives and traffic and the old gasoline engine will give you the best of Lamborghini by providing you with the thrilling experience drive you’ve been accustomed to.

Lamborghini Hybrid to come in 2015
The company CEO Stephan Winkelmann has stated that cutting emissions by 35% is their goal and that they will spend around $50 million till 2015 to reduce emissions in the production facilities and its vehicles. Thus, Gallardo will jump on the hybrid wagon in 2015 just when Ferrari is supposed to unveil a hybrid model.
