We have some bad news. For all of you that are waiting Porsche‘s sub-Boxster model, don’t think about it for the moment. The CEO of the German manufacturer, Matthias Mueller, mentioned for Automotive News that they don’t take into consideration this model any longer, for a while, at least. Mueller thinks the Porsche’s image would be fainted if a car cheaper than the Boxster was on the market, so they decided to wait untill “the next generation of customers before the idea of a small roadster will work”.

The roadster mentioned above is to be on the market by 2014, even though rumours about this vehicle have been around for couple of years now. The announced was made in February 2011 by the same Mueller for Automotive News.

Everyone is sad and wanted not to hear this piece of news; we all enjoy any new mid-engine made by Porsche. But we also have some good news. The German company will launch the sub-Cayenne Cajun SUV this year, a cheaper vehicle, as the Cayenne is less expensive model of Porsche and in the line-up. We still didn’t find an explanation for the releasing a second Porsche SUV, but delaying the entrance of the mid-engine roadster.
