Volkswagen tries again to re-enter in fight for market absorption of military vehicles, with the new VW Touareg in Military Edition

The new Touareg looks a compact car with a small interior but very well equipped in terms armor. At first glance this model seems to be an armored vehicle.

It is a heavy  car to approximately 5.4 tons powered V6 TDI 165 kW. W12 engine may be weak link in an important mission and it is quite difficult and expensive.

The new Touareg is a control car with military equipment. Above wear a remote-controlled gun to remove any targets in the front or side of the vehicle.

It has a green mat, making it a very good vehicle in camouflaged. It also has very good communications system that can keep a good contact in large distances and in difficult conditions. The front and back are equipped with numerous hooks for easy and fast tract in emergency situations.

Touareg is classified by the German manufacturer as a road car, not a offroad car. But nobody knows how much this car will be sold but will certainly be very useful armed forces, especially as it is built according to the conditions of the front in Afghanistan.

They have already sold 100 units for Forfeit Touareg Austrian military. Surprisingly, the same pier glass ordered one specially equipped for fighting car, green civvy model.

Volkswagen prototype could be a serious competitor for the Hummer H1 in conflict zones in Asia and also have an advantage over old Mercedes G-Class models manufactured in Austria.
Hopefully, the new VW Touareg in Military Edition will provide more safety and efficiency in military operations as high.
