According to a rumor that appeared earlier this year, Bentley expressed its intention to create a luxury SUV if the demand for it will meet the expectations of the British manufacturer. And they found enough potential customers.

Therefore, the CEO Wolfgang Durheimer confirmed to the international press that the plan will remain in effect and soon the one which will probably look like a fat Continental GT will become reality.
The future Bentley SUV will appear on the market before those promised by Maserati and Lamborghini, and will compete directly with Porsche Cayenne (on which platform will be based) and Land Rover Range Rover Sport. We don’t know if the British manufacturer will follow Porsche and offer a diesel unit on the future Uber-USV, but it’s very possible that their strict strategy regarding engine options will change dramatically.
